Why technostress?

I chose technostress because its a problem that affects our society specially the young people, and I think that is very important that all of they are informed. I think too that is very important know how to use by a good way the new technologies because they are part of our life.

Technostress

The word technostress comes from the words:

Techno: Technology.

Stress: Fatigue.

So the technostress can be defined as:

"The technostress is the inability to use the technologies by a healthy way."

The technostress have two principal types of manifestations: technophilia and technophobia.

Technophilia

Is the adiction to the internet and the new technologies.

Symptoms:

-Decreased communication with family and friends.

-Problems in the work or school.

-Decrease time to sleep.

Technophobia



Is the rejection at the new technologies.

How to treat it:

-Show the subject that he can't harm the device.

-Make activities that incite the subject to know the devices.

Why I think that Gorbachev wons a nobel pace prize

Mikhail Gorbachev, a very inteligent person, who despite his roots has gone so far, a person that see for all and not just for he, I think that one of the most important acts of peace that he has made is the sign of the disarmament treaty, cause here we can see the treat of peace of two world powers for the peace of all.

Mikhail Gorbachev's biography

 His complete name is Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, he was the last leader of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

He born in Stavropol (in the south of Rusia) in 1931. He grew up in a peasant family, and since he was just a little boy he has highligthed for his intelligence.

He didn't live precisely in an environment of peace, whe he was only 10 years old he was witness of the patriotic war, in this war he lost six family members.

In 1950 he studied law in the Moscow's University, there he married with Raisha Maximovna Titorenco and joined to the communist party.

In the sixties he completed his career in agronomy, thanks to this he attained his first political success when he faced the terrible drought in 1968. Was then when he jumped to the national policy.

In 1970 he was elected member of the Supreme Soviet.

In 1978 he was elected agriculture secretary.

In 1985 he replaced to Chernenko and implemented the glasnost and perestroika.

The arrival of Gorbachev to the power supposed not only a generational renovation, supposed too a political renovation.

In 1987 Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan (United States president) signed the disarmament treaty, Gorbachev ordered the removal of the soviet troops in Afghanistan.

An imporant point in the life of Gorbachev is he nobel peace prize that he won on 15th October of 1990.

On March 2009 Gorbachev met with Barack Obama (United Stetes president) and Joe Biden for try to "reset" the tense relations between Russia and the United States.

Autobiography

My name is Gustavo Jovan, I born in Irapuato, Guanajuato in the year of 1997. In my life I never have lived in a determinate place.

10 days after birth my family moved to Queretaro,Queretaro and when I had 1 year old  my family moved to Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala.

I began my school life in San Juan Del Rio, Queretaro studying there the kinder garden.

After, I studied from first to third of primary in Tlaxcala. From third to sixth I studied  in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.

For the first grade of junior high school I studied in Veracruz, Veracruz.

Throughout all my life I've had a special liking for the music specially for the Rock because I listen it since I had six years old, and an ability to speak, I remember the first time that I participe in one event of that kind and was in the kinder garden when I had just six years old.

For other part I like too the sport specially the american football an the basketball, I played in a basketball team when I was 12 years old and after this I was called for play in the city's league but I can't cause my family moved to Veracruz. I've never played in a football team but I like very much that sport.

Now in 2011 I'm studying the second grade in Vercruz, Veracruz in the saltillense school.

Why Christopher Columbus?

Christopher Columbus was multifaceted  and ambicious. I think that he was an admirable person, although he had some wrong ideas,but he had too good ones, ideas that led him to the success.

He always figth for the respect of his beliefs, and look for his ambitions.

For all that i think that he was a person deserved to be admired.

The Dalai Lama arrives for first time in Monterrey and again in Mexico City in a free show in the "Estadio Azul".

Some of the events will be: "Building harmony througth the compassion and altruism" ; "Advices of a spiritual friend" and "Finding hapiness in hard times".

Christopher's Columbus biography

Christopher Columbus was born on 30th October of 1451 in Genoa(Italy),his parents were Domenico Colombo and Susanna Fontanarrosa.His first contact with the workplace was as humble artistan and merchant, but later he become a merchant seaman in the Mediterrean Sea.

In 1476 while he was in a journey by boat,the boat was attacked by French pirates near the coast of San Vicente (Portugal),he wrecked  to Portugal, where he worked as comercial agent and travel to Madeira, Guinea, England and Iceland.

He thought that the earth was spherical and he also thought that he could go to Asia crossing the Atlantic ocean but he was wrong.

Based on this he began a trip to Spain for the support of queen Isabella.With the support of queen Isabella he began a trips series across the Atlantic ocean sarching Asia in three ships called: la niña, la pinta y Santa María; but he didn't knew about the existence of America who was located between he and his wrong objetive.

In his first trip he discovered the Guanahaní Island, Cuba and Santo Domingo,and back to spain believing that he was arrive in Asia,but he was discovered the American continent.In his second trip he discovered the Small Antillas,Puerto Rico and Jamaica,in his third trip he discovered Trinidad Island and Venezuela, for his fourth trip he arrive in the Central America coast.

He died in Valladolid(Spain) in the year of 1506, believing that he was arrive in Asia, but he never knew that he was discovered a "new world".
